A great amount of people needs for a drink to stimulate their nerve and get over the stressful time at work. Coffee is a great energy resource; by contrast, overusing it can give a lot of consequences. According to counseling, people shouldn’t drink more than 3-4 cups of coffee a day. Having a headache, diarrhea, worrying and so on are the alerts of the redundant amount of coffee.
As the Institute of healthcare of France recommended, absorbing more than 3-4 cups of coffee per day or 400mg of caffeine will give negative impact to health.

Coffee can keep you awake, but at the same time, it is also bad for your health. Caffeine is an irritant, it stimulates your central nervous system causing nervous and worries and raises the heartbeat. Therefore, people should take a rest and reduce the amount of intake.
Stomachache and diarrhea
Sometimes you can blame that this stomachache is caused by the food in the previous night dinner or period pains; however, the cause of this pains might come from coffee overusing. If you drink more than 2-3 cups of coffee in one day then coffee will be the reason for your stomachache and diarrhea.
You can lose sleep or wake up in middle of the night because of side effects of caffeine. However, this impact is not exactly the same to everybody because it depends on the time that you drink. Meanwhile, some people who can sleep even though they have some coffee at night, many other people can’t fall asleep although the time they drink coffee is in the afternoon. Even if you are not sensitive to caffeine, you need to remember that this substance still remains in your body for 14 hours and the average work time is lasted for 6 hours.
Consuming a reasonable amount of coffee intercepts you from migraine, headache and so on but using more than 400-500 mg of caffeine everyday can make you tired and cause head pain. People can use tea or energy drinks instead of coffee but we still need to remind shouldn’t overuse it.
