How to make jajangmyeon!

You want to add something new to your weekend’s meal. Korean food- jajangmyeon is a good idea for you!

Ingredients:
 2 handfuls  of fresh noodles
1 courgette
2 potatoes
7-8 shiitake
¼ cabbage
1 cucumber
600gr diced pork which is seasoned with rice wine, a pinch of salt and pepper, ¼ t sp of ground ginger
Sauce:
6 tablespoons  Korean black bean sauce, 
90ml oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons Korean rice wine 
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup water
5 tablespoons cornstarch
4 tablespoons water

Directions:
 
1.Cut courgette, potatoes, mushrooms, cucumber into cubes.

Shred cabbage into strips

Stir 1 tablespoon of oil with black bean sauce in a pan on the stove for 3-5’. Later add brown sugar and continue to stir it for 2-3’

2.Join pork to it
When the meat is well done, mix it with onion, courgette, potatoes for 3-5’

3.Pour broth, water and Korean rice wine into it, cook it at a medium heat for 5-7’.

4. Dissolve cornstarch in water, pour it slowly into the pan to have a thick mixture.

5. Add  a little salt to the water to cook the noodles, soak it in cool water then let it dry.

6.Place noodles on the plate, coat it with sauce. Mix and enjoy!

Black bean sauce can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days.
