Panna cotta tea is cool and fragrant

Instead of making panna cotta with fruit flavor, try making it with tea, it’s strange but delicious!

Ingredients: (for 4 people)
500ml whipping cream or heavy cream
125g sugar
7g gelatin
30ml water to mix with gelatin
3-4 bags of Earl Gray tea bags

The jelly part:
1 pack of Earl Gray tea bags
5g gelatin
30ml water to mix with gelatin
30g sugar
400ml boiling water


Step 1

Step 2

Step 3
Waiting time for panna cotta to freeze is 3 hours. To make tea jelly, first soak the gelatin leaves softly, then squeeze out the water, then add 30ml of water, then microwave.
You boil 400ml of water with sugar, then drop the tea package for 2 minutes, then remove the tea bag. Pour in the dissolved gelatin, stir well. Wait for the tea to cool down, then take out the panna cotta and gently pour the tea jelly on the surface of the panna cotta. Then leave panna cotta in the refrigerator for 1 hour to be used.
